The world premiere of Round Time opens on Friday, January 30 at the Cherry Artspace (102 Cherry St).

Round Time is a striking and soulful world premiere commissioned by the Cherry from aerialist Mara Neimanis (Air Heart and Baba Yaga at the Cherry). With performance partner Morgan Mincer, Neimanis creates a duet for two generations of airborne women, bearing aloft audio testimonies from friends in Ithaca and beyond. Together, Neimanis and Mincer explore old cycles and new dynamics, as generations of women lift one another—fly one another!—in troubled times. Pure visual poetry to make the heart sing.
